State Wrestling Update: Enrique Martinez pins Trevin Brecka of East Butler in round one. He will wrestle his quarterfinal at the conclusion of this round, later this morning.

CV English 10 students are attending a play in Kearney today. The novel My Antonia, by Nebraska author Willa Cather, is celebrating 100 years of publishing!
Conference Quiz Bowl at Heartland Lutheran!
Central Valley Public Schools will open 2 hours late on Tuesday, February 12.
All Conference Quiz Bowl students, we will leave at 8:30 am from Greeley as the competition will start one hour later at 10:00 am. If we have a late start, transportation will leave Scotia at 8:00 am and head to Greeley. From there we will leave at 8:30 and then pick up at the Wolbach turn on our way to GI. Please dress in nice jeans and a CV shirt and bring money for lunch. You will make up homework when you return to school.
The D1-9 Girls Sub District has also been postponed. Central Valley will now play on Wednesday, February 13 at 7:30PM in Broken Bow.
English 10 students will attend My Antonia TOMORROW in Kearney. Bus will leave at 945 AM. Bring money for lunch and dress nicely!
Central Valley Board of Education meeting has been postponed until Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Central Valley Elementary Library in Scotia.
