Special thank you to Mrs. Traci Nekoliczak and Mr. D.W. Holley for their commitment and dedication to making Cougar Nation the very best. And congrats to Ms. Sidney Wood's 1st grade class for being our February Golden Spoon Award winner. We are in need of donations for NEWSIES costumes! If you have any neutral colored pants, vests, long sleeved shirts, suspenders, black or brown work boots, or old dress shoes sitting in your closets collecting dust, we would be so grateful to put them to use. See the photos for examples of what we are looking for. We are good on hats! AND, we are still accepting newspapers, so keep them coming!

Due to the girls basketball subdistrict game at 5:30 pm at Sandhills High School (Dunning), the elementary will dismiss at 2:15 pm and the high school will dismiss at 2:39 pm on Tuesday. On Wednesday, both schools will run a full schedule.

Just a reminder!! All elementary students grades K-6 are invited to sing the National Anthem and cheer at both the boys and girls Varsity Basketball games this Friday February 9th. Please try to arrive by 5:45 pm to sing at the girls game at 6 pm. and be sure to wear Cougar gear or our school colors. (Grey, white and/or navy blue) We will sing again at 7:30 pm for the boys game. Students will all sit together during the game and cheer on our beloved Cougars! Students who are singing will get into the game free but do need a parent present. Parents will need to pay admission. It’s going to be a fun night!!!! Go Cougars!
